Why?

Our world has produced any number of standards for many areas of operations within our organization. As Andrew S. How?

By reviewing the various frameworks and methodologies, and taking into context over 100 successful projects, identify the steps that can be taken that will make you successful.  Focus is on the shortest path between two points.

What?

Identify a Minimal Viable Process for ensuring success in any endeavor in your organization.  Produce basic information that will help guide your efforts as you proceed.
